About

Caroline is an actor and educator based in NYC and Chicago. She's lucky enough to be an ensemble member at both Steppenwolf and Steep Theatre Companies in Chicago, and after 15 years learning whatever she could in the Windy City, leaped to NYC where she's been keeping busy with various television projects, seeing and doing as much theater as possible, and teaching at NYU when she's available.

Caroline was nominated multiple times for Jeff Awards during her time in Chicago, and came home with two, as well as being voted one of the Top 10 Actors in Chicago by Timeout Chicago early in her career, and has consistently been ranked as the Best Actress in Chicago by the Chicago Reader. She's been seen on Broadway originating the roles of Krista in Airline Highway directed by Joe Mantello and Anita in Linda Vista by Tracy Letts, and she's been fortunate enough to work all over the country - at the Mark Taper Forum in LA, Yale Rep, and The Kennedy center to name a few.

Caroline loves the process of developing new plays, and welcomes the opportunity to sink her teeth in to known material. Her roles in television include multiple recurring characters, from Chicago PD on NBC to Showtime's Let the Right One In, and her film credits include many independent films within a range of genres. She believes the arts can change the world, one person at a time, and is abundantly grateful that she gets to spend her time around art and artists and hopes to never stop.
